What do we do when servicing boilers?

  • Firstly we’ll inspect your boiler to make sure all controls are working and its functioning correctly and that there are no defects
  • We check for boiler leaks
  • Change the jet
  • Check that there is no water in the oil
  • Replace flexi hoses with long life ones (long life hoses)
  • We check that the combustion casing seals are intact
  • We check for any corrosion issues on the seals
  • We check the gas pressure and gas rate (for gas boilers)
  • We’ll test the flue using a gas analyser (for gas boilers)
  • We clean parts including the filters
  • A full checklist on the work carried out and a certificate is presented to all clients
  • We will provide you with advice on what needs to be done to maintain the efficiency of the boiler
  • We will repair any broken parts (this is checked first with the client for their approval and this is quoted / billable separately)
